Hello, I have a memory stick with my 615. And suddenly I cannot view the content under \PALM directory while other directories are still accessable. How could I recover the contents or release those memories or reformat the MS? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your last resort should be to reformat. You can use MS-Gate to do this (look under the options menu).
Use MS-Import and try reading the \PALM directory from your PC. If you really can't get anything from it, then try using MS-Gate again to create the Default folder. If the used memory doesn't become free, then you have no choice but to reformat.
stay cool.

Thanks for your reply. The problem has got fixed.
I used MS Import. On PC, it shows the PALM directory as empty. Can created subdirectories there etc. However the missing stuff still could not be seen. Then I performed a "SCANDISK" from the PC system tools, which claimed back the missing clusters.
