Help ! I just got ink on the screen (beware of stylus pen combos)

I have the Belkin stylus/pen/laser pointer/light and I just accidentally wrote on the screen with the pen instead of the stylus :-(

It doesn't appear to have scratched the screen but I now have ink on the screen. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to clean this off safely ?

I guess its a leason to be careful if you have a pen/stylus.

Have you tried rubbing alcohol?

Eeek! The first day I owned my NX80 I did the same thing with a combo pen, except with the pencil. Luckily I have always had a policy of not playing with a new PDA until the screen protector is on, and I was saved. I hope your TH makes it out unscathed. You might want to invest in a protector. They don't look as pretty and they cost money, but it's better than having a permanent scratch or mark on your screen!

Hairspray removes ink.....you might try some on the end of a Qtip.

I've done that when I was in a hurry and not paying attention that I wasn't using my orange stylus tip. A little alcohol fixed it right up.

I had the same problem. A little tooth paste took it off!

That exactly why I dont get the combo writing utensils. I keep My stylus seperate from my Pen/Pencil.

Needs to say, I have ordered myself a screen protector from Brando Workshop. I'll just have to be more careful for the two weeks it takes to get to Australia.

I went down to my local office supplies store and found a product called Fellows Screen Cleaning Wipes and they seem to have done the trick.
