Download Clie Desktop? From where?

I am visiting a friend and I want to install the Clie Desktop on his computer so I can backup my data while I'm here. Where can I download it? I have a Clie TJ27. This is a Windows computer, maybe W98.

When I had a Palm I know it was easy to download the Palm desktop.

I believe you can download the Clie Desktop installer from the Sony website:

http://www.ita.sel.sony.com/support/clie

I hope this helps you. You will have to dig around a little bit to find it, but it shouldn't be too hard.

you can however you the original Palm Desktop, which you can download off of the net, with your clie. I used it at work since I lost my CD that came with my SJ22

Actually, it is available at the Sony support website, under downloads for the NX70 series, probably NX60 series also. The version available there is Palm Desktop for Clie v4.1.
