Help!! Data import not working since XP.

I need help. I recently upgraded to Windows XP and for some reason I cannot mount my ClieNX70v. I can sync it, but as far as transfering video and photos I cannot do it because the memorystick driver will not install. It gives me a failed to install the SCSI driver.

What can i do to allow my computer to use my NX as a mermorystick reader? :eek:

I believe there is an update to make XP play nice with the Clie software. There was a problem at first, that was since fixed.

I have had this exact same problem for months but haven't been able to fix it, and couldn't find answers. I'm going to try the download...

I have this problem on my TabletPC. It did work on my old XP box. I worked on it for a couple of hours. I even tried removing every file and reg entry I could find that was related and reinstalled with downloads from Sony's web site before I gave up and bought a card reader. :(

If anyone else has any ideas I would love to hear them just because I'm annoyed that I couldn't fix it!

I believe I read that it is not compatible with a TabletPC on the website listed previously on this thread. I again tried everything but nothing worked. Sony's Support sucks big time. And when I search on google I end up going in circles.
