Battery lifespan and replacement?

I'm a happy Clie NX60 owner, but the Zod2 is a nice piece of work and I might consider it for my next PDA. It's too early to tell what the battery life (*not* charge life) will be, but my Clie Li-Ion cell was pretty well shot after about 1 year of hard use. I've read the Zod battery is not replaceable which, to me, is a deal breaker (unless Tapwave warrants battery lifespan for 3 or more years). Is there an enterprising soul out there who has figured out how to replace the Zod battery? Just curious....

Well, from my research, not yet. There are battery replacements for various Clie models, but I never ventured to try them. I suspect the reason why Tapwave didn't release a model with a replaceable battery is that they may come out with a better model by the time the battery on most Zodiac's start losing battery life.
