Okay, so I've defected. I know I've lost whatever respect the Clie community ever had for me. ;) But I thought others contemplating the same move might profit from my experiences.

The T3 is small. Compared to the NX7OV it's tiny, but with the clever slider it has the same screen size
The T3 is bright. Its display is actually brighter than the NX70V
The T3's RAM is a whopping 64mb (its major selling point for me)
I like the 5-way navigation pad
SD cards are cheaper than memory sticks
The T3 doesn't lock up nearly as often (I was probably overdriving the NX memory)

I miss the camera (though the low-res pics were never exactly great)
I miss the keyboard (though I'm a big grafitti fan)
The NX70V screen is better-looking in direct sunlight
The T3's mp3 player is cheesy (cheesier?)
No built-in IR remote control (have to buy a $30+ 3rd party app)
No headphones; in-line mp3 controller
Overall: I think the T3 is more business; less entertainment oriented. It's well engineered, but without many bells and whistles. Not as much panache; but a lot of muscle.
