I had another ugly problem, too. This one involved a large number of voice recorder files getting corrupted. Either some of all of their data got zeroed out. I have about 130 voice notes that disappeared into the ether. The files are still there, along with size and date information, but the data is entirely gone. Nothing but zeros in the files.
I copied them around to different media so the corruption could have happened during that process- or something else could have happened. If anyone has any insight on how this might have happened or how to prevent it I'm all ears.
