I'd like to know if the Clie TJ-27 is capable of handling NES and Gameboy Color emulation with quality.
And the buttons? Can we play on such layout?
Does the Sony PEGA-GC10 Game Controller work with the TJ-27?
Does the gamepad work with emulators?
Thanks!

It is capable of playing a number of NES games. I recommend NesEm from KalemSoft for your emulator. The buttons for A, B, Select, Start, Directions are accessible by using the Memo Pad, Up-Down, Address, etc. buttons, which you can define for your own specification. I'm not sure about the gamepad working since I don't use one personally, but check out KalemSoft's website and you might have an answer there. As for the Gameboy Color...last time I checked.. no.

Is it possible to play NES games with the button layout on the TJ27?

I don't have a TJ27, but from what I can see, it has all the necessary buttons, so yes.
