View Full Version : My Belkin G700 keyboard starts a hotsync on my TH55

I have a Belkin G700 keyboard that worked perfectly with my T615. When I got my TH55, I downloaded the OS5 driver from Belkin's website, installed it and connected the keyboard. As soon as I start typing the TH55 starts a hotsync.

Has anyone come across this problem before and have any solutions ?

Belkin's Drivers are known to be buggy. For the best G700 OS5 drivers, go to PalmGear.com and do a search for "Igor".

I think the G700 does not work with the TH55.

The G700 does indeed work with the TH55. There have been some very active threads on it. Search the TH forum for "G700".

My mistake. I was thinking of the Stowaway XT. ;)

Try turning your beam off and then try the keyboard.... I had a similary problem with my old T-615 and this solution worked.

Did you activate the driver? This usually happens whenever the driver is not active (I've got this hotsync thing plenty of times - thought I had the driver activated when it wasn't... )

You should definitely look at Igor's driver as it is much more stable and workable than the official driver on the Belkin site.

Igor's driver can be found here:

Thanks for the tips. I have Igor's driver installed now and the keyboard is working perfectly.
