Athena CF and Jackflash

Does anyone know how to move the Athena drivers to flash as it states the file is in use and cannot be modified or deleted even after unmounting CF.

Are AthenaCFDriver and Athena CF the only files I need to move?

I managed to resolve this for anyone who is interested after a bit of playing round, the resolution can be applied to any app that has the same issue,

Uninstall the application from the palm copy it manually to you memory stick, move it back to ram, then run jack flash to move it. Once you soft reset it all works fine
