The battery is charged.
In workshop have told, that the program in the read-only STORAGE has deteriorated.
Where it is possible to find a file for having filled in the read-only STORAGE?

I think u have a battery charging problem, and there's nothin u can do about the data in the ROM, even after hard resetting your clie. And if your battery is still new, then there must be somethin wrong with either the internal connector or mainboard, and if u r adventurous enuff, try opening your clie...and fix it yourself...or else, time to bring it to your nearest SONY Svc Centre (esp if it is still under warranty)

The problem in that the battery is completely charged, all is connected, a feed(meal) on a payment moves, the switch works.
And to be included does not want.
The serving centre in Ukraine the firm Sony "has overlooked"("forgotten") to construct, unfortunately.

If I understand you correctly though, the problem is a corruption in ROM?!?!
That is very strange.

I'm hoping it's actually talking about a corruption in one of the system libraries that sit in RAM (but are copied from ROM during a hard reset).

Have you tried a hard reset (erase everything in memory)?

Yes, rigid dump (hard reset) I did.
Area of memory I by any programs did not cut also nothing wrote down.
Simply machine has not joined in one moment.
The battery is completely charged.
To buttons does not react.
Such sensation, that simply there is no subroutine, which results the machine in an initial condition.
As BIOS in the computer - initial loading and initialization of devices, and then loading of the most operational system.

I thought the ROMS for certain Clies are available. I was browsing a HACK Site and someone was asking where to get a ROM for their Clie. There was a reply with a direction. If I'm not breaking any rules I'll leave the link if it is requested.
Remember languages are all sooooo DIFFERENT

With that in mind, it reads like the translating software is literally translating word for word in the order they are written.

I think we should definately consider calling a "hard reset" a "rigid dump" that sounds so cool :D
