Dear All,

I just got a TJ27 several days ago, after I've owned a SJ30 for over two years.

I feel TJ27's battery life is quite short, not as the manufacturer said that it could last 10 hours. I don't even think it can last over 5 hours with 1/4 backlight brighness all the time. And I do keep beam receiver off all the time as well. I didn't install any hack except McPhling and Fonts4OS5, and I use LauncherX as my launcher. System sound is off all the time (even playing games) except alarms. Don't know what else I can do to keep it running longer.

Even my 2 year old SJ30's battery can last longer than this new TJ27 :(

Anyone has any experience about this short battery life on a TJ27 (or TJ37)?

Thanks.

I have the same issue... I got rid of my TH55 because of the button/jog dial arrangement and kept my TJ37... but I now wish I had kept my TH55.... battery life was incredible... my TJ is almost drained by the end of a work day (no wifi usage, no music/movies, no camera use, no beaming, using auto dimmer) It is definitely a power hog....

Hmm, that'll be really bad :( I even haven't started to read ebook (which I've been doing all the time on my SJ30 and iPaq 4150) on it yet. Guess I'll have to keep a charger around me all the time.

Cheers!
