Way to open VG without stylus?

I'm playing with visKey security, but have discovered if you have VG down at the time you power off and forget your password taps and the failsafe comes up asking you for the secret owner code, you can't enter it because the VG won't toggle up.

Is there anything out there that would map any of the TH55 buttons, etc., to open/close the VG?

A soft reset gets you another chance at the tap codes but not the other issue.

UPDATE: My particular problem is resolved since visKey just released a minor update 2.0.1 that address this issue and now forces the v.g. to toggle up during the failsafe security function. But still, would be nice to control vg up/down through hardware buttons and not have to rely on the stylus.
