English OS on a Japanese System???

Hi,

I posted this in the NR thread, but thought I'd throw this question out to everyone. My friend was looking for a PDA, and I'm helping him check out eBay for a good deal.

There's one auction for a Japanese NR70v but the seller claims that the OS is english. Is this possible with Jacksprat/Jackflash? Also, if my friend needs to do a hard reset, would messing with the OS version in the ROM affect this at all?

Yeah, It's Possible with Jack-Series.

and, after you do a hard reset, the OS is english..

but, if you need to exchange Japanese OS, you can do that.
