My friend was looking for an NR70v so I was checking ebay for him. I noticed one machine claimed to be a japanese NR70v with the English OS. I was wondering if this was possible with the JackSprat/JackFlash programs (changing the OS).
Also, would this affect the hard reset or anything if my friend needs to hard reset in the future?
