I recently got into customizing my Sony Clie PEG-TG50 with skins and wallpapers. :)

... Problem is: I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START!!! :(

Can someone help me by telling me:
How to install the skins and wallpapers onto my Clie?

Help!!! I desperately need help!!! :(

BTW, what's a launcher?

And how do I make an image appear for a few seconds when I turn my Clie on or off?

well that is a hack the image on or off thing. I diodnt like it on my clie. Try searching google. I search too and come back later

Oh yeah a link. (DUH). This is the main program Zlauncher. It enables you to fully customize your clie from backgruonds to to a quicklaunch system.

Just to let you know, this is my favorite launcher. To me it is the best. and nothing better on my TH55

You could also try YiShow Explorer. I like it very much but one of the versions (not the latest) caused a fatal error on my SJ33. So I had to hard reset my SJ33. But I think the developer has solved that issue.

I think you could try out both YiShow and ZLauncher. They both looked very good.
