under clocking?

Does anyone know of a 'safe' (relatively) underclocker to use with a Tungsten E? I just want to play around with the speed to aid battery life if possible on those apps that don't require speed.

Preferably - something that is easily adjusted?

I tried PXA Clocker and Lightspeed - both won't work with Tungsten E's.
