When i use the jog dial to navigate, the box that appears around the icons cuts off half of the icon label. Does anyone know what is going on. Thanks.

Try using a different skin or a different font size for the icons.

Use smaller icons, on the button taskbar, click the second icon from the right, and if you see a lists of different types of stuff on the palm, then click on the tab in the low er left corner and try again.
