transferring data from Memory sticks

I have just bought a 64mg memory stick. How do I transfer the data from my old stick to the new one? I would like to clean up files and applications in the process. However I find it difficult to decipher the files and prc's that go together. Any suggestions?

When I do that, I just drag all the files to my desktop using MSImport.  Then drag them back after switching cards.  Pretty easy.

The file manager proggie in ROM will show you things grouped by creator ID.  That should make it pretty easy to see what goes with what.  Other programs like McFile, etc. will also group by creator ID....wouldn't be much help tho, unless you moved all .prc files to main ram.
