I think I already know the answer to the question, but...
I have a love hate relationship with my NZ-90. I love the 2mp camera, flash, great screen, keyboard, etc.
One of the things that I don't like about it is the amount of onboard ram. I want to be able to load it up with lots of programs, and then still be able to edit photos, without the editing software resizing the photos as it loads them up. And then there is GPS mapping, which usually requires lots of memory.
In the pocket PC world, there are companies that will upgrade your RAM, ususally for big $$$. Do we even have this option with the NZ-90?
