Kinoma Audio Out of Sync

I just got kinoma and am trying to convert my video files through it to view on my NR70V.

I am converting from Quicktime video. I get fine video but my audio is out of sync by the end of a 20 min. clip.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to get in sync.

Did your screensaver happen to kick on during conversion? Or any other heavy load on your processor? I've found that this can sometimes throw off audio on longer clips...
