Double Categories!!

I come today with another brilliant question...Lately I have had trouble with assigning categories to some of my fellow colleugues because they belong in more than category. I know i can duplicate the contact and solve this issue, but I'd rather find a program that will allow me to assign for instance "Joey Johnson" to both "Work" and "Friends". Is there a trick I don't or can I download a program?

One more thing...the limit # of categories is 17 including (All & Unfiled) is there any way to increase this amount?

The limit on the category is at the OS level. Unless you use a third party app that can handle more categories, there is nothing you can do.
