View Full Version : Brando Retractable Sync & Charge Cable-WONT SYNC

After 3 months of using it, it would charge, BUT WON'T SYNC!

The local distributor in our country has given me only 1 month waranty. What can I do? Is there an international customer service support for brando that I can ask help from?

Please help.

gosh, I'm a clie user but i had the same problem, only mine stopped syncing after something like 10 - 14 days! (But still recharges). Because mine was still in the one month period, I was able to write to the seller (b/c it seems to me that a cable that stops syncing after 2 weeks is Defective!!!)

I totally sympathize but I haven't heard of any warranties that are longer. :(

I had the same problem with the Palm UC version form my TC. I had it for a few months and then it would not sync at all. It would, however, charge and Audible could update my SD card or RAM via the cable. IT was really strange and I wound up just dumping it.

Yes, if there are any problems with the BoxWave products that you buy, a 100 day warranty comes into play. So, we'll try our best to take care of ya. And even if it's after 100 days, depending on the situation, we'll see what we can do to make you happy.
