Why is that my Nx70 with WL100 transfer rate less than 1.kb/sec, it seems. I tried using ftp on my clie and download file from my desktop computer and it seems rather slow. Any idea what's the speed of my WL100 Wifi card? 11Megabits?

Did you disable the powersave option in network, wireless, advanced? That kills most Clie's data throughput!

any idea???!!

Yeah, I have somewhat of the same problem. It's SLOW!

It's hard to say, possible interference from other RF electical sources.

Nothing runs at 11mbps, even a laptop may only run in the 2 to 5mbps range.

The only other thing is to double-check your options or try it on another LAN somewhere.

How do you check your speed on your Clie? I have no problems with speed. In fact I'm more than happy with what I get with my Verizon DSL/Linksys/WiFi. I tried my WiFi at my school and I wasn't that thrilled, but at home it flies like an eagle...!!!

I hope you find out what is wrong with your connection. Make sure you place your access point in the middle of your room or away from a wall.
