I downloaded some tracks in wma format to play on my regular cd player. But now I want to play the same tracks on my TH55. How can I convert the wma format to mp3 format to be able to play it on my TH55. Any help will be appreciated please.

I have heard of a program called All to MP3, but I don't know if this will work on WMA DRM'ed files.

why dont you use PocketTunes 3.0?
it plays ogg, wma, mp3 and shoutcast over wifi.

Here's a free desktop converter (wma - MP3). Be sure and download the wma codec as well as the main app:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm
Also, search other threads here for the specs the MP3s need to be ripped in. ;)

Unfortunately, it doesn't support WMA with DRM.

i use a program called advanced WMA workshop. it can convert wma to any other format and vice versa.
ie wma to mp3 ogg vorbis, mp3 to wma ogg vorbis, ogg vorbis to wma mp3. it can do the same with wav files.
i tend to convert to ogg vorbis since they sound almost the same and the size is smaller than mp3.

Right. WMA with DRM is probably the worst kind of music file in terms of dynamics out there.

blitz9092,
why don't you simply rip the CD (you obviously burned for use with your CD player anyway) into MP3s?
I am actually skeptical about the proposed ways of converting WMA into MP3s, as all conversions between different codecs will lower the quality of the soundfiles even more.
So why not going the 2nd best way after enjoying WMAs directly: From WMA to WAV (what you did anyway) to MP3. Alternately, why do you not use Pocket Tunes (I am not sure if pTunes supports WMA with DRM -- the demo version does not and that is why I am not going to buy it - no WYSIWIG...)
Just my 2 cents, GB
