What is this?
Do I need it?
Which program is this from?

look at the creator id and find out with program it is with this-- http://dev.palmos.com/creatorid/. search next time

To see the creator ID's, you need McFile, Filez(freeware), or systool(also freeware), all can be found on Palmgear.
