I have DataViz Mail in my T665C but do not utilize it. The application has been configured to 'Do Nothing' in the Custom Box. Lately after each HotSync operation I notice in the HotSync Log DataViz Mail - sync configured to Do Nothing appearing twice, one below the other. There used to be only a single entry all along. DataViz is charging a high fee for any technical support that's not already available at their website and this problem I have is unfortunately one of them. I have DocToGo Professional Edition. Any help with this would be appreciated.
