I have DataViz Mail in my T665C but do not utilize it. The application has been configured to 'Do Nothing' in the Custom Box. Lately after each HotSync operation I notice in the HotSync Log DataViz Mail - sync configured to Do Nothing appearing twice, one below the other. There used to be only a single entry all along. DataViz is charging a high fee for any technical support that's not already available at their website and this problem I have is unfortunately one of them. I have DocToGo Professional Edition. Any help with this would be appreciated.

This probably means that the Dataviz Mail conduit has gotten corrupted. The fix is to uninstall and then reinstall the program. Even better, if you're not using it, just get rid of it completely.
