HotSync Problems

I have a Clie TH55 and just purchased a Treo600. I'm trying to figure out how to be able to hotsync both on my PC witout getting error messages. I have two seperate users listed but still can't seem to get the units to hotsync without error. I'm sure there's a way to do this but I can't for the life of me figure it out. Anyone out there got a way for me to do this. It's got to be easy because Im not a computer literate kinda person.

Sony installs the Palm Desktop at Program Files -> Sony Hanheld. When you installed the Treo Palm Desktop, it installed under the Palm folder. What you need to do is uninstall the Treo Palm Desktop and reinstall and this time specify that the folder you want to install into is at Program Files -> Sony Hanheld.

What is happening now is the hotsync.exe that is running is coming from the Palm folder. You can actually leave it as it is now and edit the start up so it runs the hotsync.exe at the Sony Handheld folder.

I hope I didn't confuse you. I've had similar problems when reviewing different devices and different brands.

I followed your advice and it worked perfectly! Thanks very much. One more question. Is there a way to remove the tutorial program and the "Get BC" I tried "delete programs" and they weren't listed I'm sure they are taking up valuable space
