View Full Version : Best apps to demo clies?

I work for a retailer and would like a way to better show off the capabilities of the clies that we sell. What apps would you recommend to best accomplish this? Obviously, for the average consumer, apps that are fairly "flashy" (video, etc.) would be best to catch their interest quickly. After that, some apps that really show the usefulness of the pda, beyond simple organization, would be great. Keep in mind, these PDAs can't have memory sticks in them, so space is at a premium.

Thanks in advance for any input into this dilemma.

Hmm.... Kinoma for Highcolor/HighRes video
Games... Kickoo's breakout looks good enough to let people ignore the lack of 3d quality apps
Astraware GTS to catch the gameboy generation
Columns and BumpAttack look nice as well
PocketLink for WWW demo
MobiSystems for dictorary
ZLauncher for a good general look

That should about fill your RAM

I would do Agendus with a nice HiRes background.

Contacts 4 (I can't stand this program, but it looks good at first).

Rayman for a game

Documents to Go

maybe BugMe! as people can relate to sticky notes and this one is HiRes.

I think an interactive demo reel or something that shows the clies features would be really cool. I have to show so many ppl my pda and explain it that i probably forget stuff each time :P

Try Dispart (http://www.yamaq.org/palm/dispart/dispart.php), great app to show off Clie's brilliant screen!
