Patch on Sony Site doesn't fix my problem

I was probably the first person to call Sony support about the fact that when transferring ATRAC3's to magic gate using Sonic Stage, the NZ90 Audio Player cannot read the artist's name and song title. If I place that same Magic Gate stick into my son's SJ33, it reads artist's name and song title just fine, so the problem clearly is with the 90.

I downloaded the new patch, thinking that it would solve the problem, and it hasn't.

I KNOW I'm not the only person having this problem - this is my second NZ90, and the display model at Circuit City also could not read the artist's names and song titles.

So, could someone else PLEASE contact Sony and let them know about this problem?  Maybe if enough people let them know, they will fix the problem.....
