1. I have been using Th-55 for like 2 or 3 weeks now.. I still don't figure out the difference between Palm Desktop for Clie and the normal Palm Desktop. Other than the intereface.. what is extra with Palm Desktop for Clie? I can Hot Sync from either normal Palm Desktop and the Palm Desktop for Clie, right?

2. There are 32 RAM and 32 ROM on Th-55. When we save phone number, data item, contact item..Does it save on the RAM or ROM?

3. Program we installed are save on the RAM, right? is that any software we can save programs on ROM?

4. Clie file will display the files on RAM and memory left.. is there any way we check how much ROM memory left?

thanks

Question1:
You must be talking about the Clie Organizer (CO) right? Well, the Desktop CO is definitely different from Palm Desktop. CO has some additional features not found in your typical datebook environment. It allows for freehand drawing as well as drag & drop pictures and icons. Your handwriting and pictures in the TH55's CO will be reflected on the desktop version of CO. With the palm desktop, you only see standard datebook items.

Question2:
Everything is saved in the RAM. ROM is not user accessible. In some other models (such as NX70V), there's a possibility of accessing the unused ROM portion with JackFlash. In the TH55, all you get is 32MB user RAM.

Question3:
Same answer to Question 2

Question4:
Nope - at least not to my knowledge.

Hope this helps! :)
