I am trying to install the new software patch from Sony to fix my MP3 problem on my NZ. I am still a novice at all this stuff and am having trouble figuring out how to run and intall the ".dll" file that was downloaded to my computer. How do you open this thing?? I'm stuck! Thanks in advance for any advice.
