View log error: "Input file access error = 2."

I saw this error report on my log:

Handheld\cktlcm0\SonyMCAS\MCASCICI.txt.
-- Configuration Inspector::Input file access error = 2.
- Configuration Inspector::Updating: "C:\Program Files\Sony Handheld\cktlcm0\SonyMCAS\MCASCICO.txt".

Anyone has an idea what is causing this error report? This is the log on my PC hotsync. The UX log states nothing about it, and system is OK.

Just create an empty notepad file with the name MCASCICI.txt and place it in the directory with the MCASCICO.txt. (Reference your Sync Log for the path) Resync and you're done. Error=2 goes away
