This is weird. They have given out HandMark Checklist free on 8th July. Because I got it then.

So are they giving out 25 FREE products in 25 days as they claimed but it doesn't mean it's 25 different Palmwares???

Anyway, I've written to PalmGear about this.

Went to eReader website to download the free ebook of the day and guess what? It isn't free. I have been downloading a few free ebooks from their website these few days. Normally when it's given free, it lets you download from the item detail page. One do not need to "Add to Cart" and "Checkout" since it's free. But this is not the case for today's free ebook. I am wondering what is going here.

I also couldn't get the book (The Scarlet Pimpernel) for free. However, the books that they are giving away are probably available from the Gutenberg project or elsewhere. It's not much of a giveaway....

Who wants to bet that every temporarily free ereader offering will be something already free at blackmask.com, e.g., Scarlet Pimpernel:

(Albeit not ereader format, but iSilo, Mobipocket, etc.)

I checked The Scarlet Pimpernel and it's free now.

Remember too that what eReader offers are ebooks formatted to look great in eReader. Yes some ebooks can be downloaded from other sites, they're readable but would not offer the same layout. If you have the time, the knowledge, and the tools, you can convert the text files to any format you want. However, not everyone would prefer doing it that way and would rather get the versions for their respective ebook readers. ;)
