program for images

i just want a program that will allow me to zoom in on a .jpg file. please let me know of any programs you know of that would let you simply zoom in and scroll around a .jpg image. thanks

I've been using Acid Image and am very impressed. It allows you to directly import jpeg files any size. It also has great navigation functions such as pan and zoom as well as slideshow capabilities.
