Help with OS update

I updated with the new OS for my NX and now I can't get MS Import to connect with my computer. I can hotsync but my computer can't seems to find the driver for MS Import. Help?

I'm assuming that you're talking about upgrading Palm Desktop, not the OS. Try reinstalling MS Import. I had to reinstall BackupBuddy after I installed the new Desktop.

Help! There is no import on the disc. I tried MSexport but still no luck. My computer can't find the driver for the Sony Peg Mass Storage Device. what does that mean?

It means that you have a problem. I don't see how upgrading the desktop software would have done this nor do exactly know how you proceeded to do it.

Uninstall MS Export, it provides the link for the MS Import that's in your Clie.

You'll have to go into the Windows Device mananger with the Clie connected and remove all instances related to the Clie. Look for any clashes there too, such as unknown device. Then remove the USB cable from the cradle to the PC's USB port, then reboot your PC.

Then start over to reinstall everything.
