Hi:
I have a question for the experts, I'been looking around old threads and there are so many that confused me.
I have NZ90 and T610 with t-mobile and T-zones.
I have been able to go to the internet with them but when I am surfing I noticed I am using my minutes and also if somebody calls me go directly to my voice mail.
When I use T-zones I am not using my minutes.
I connect with the service which is in the palm O2 GPRS Ericsson I don't know if I need to do something else in order to not use my minutes.
I don't want to subscribe for the unlimited internet service $19.99 because I wouldn't use too much.
Thanks in advance for any help
I know this has been discussed before but I am confused

Hi cvizcarra

According to the T-Mobile customer service people, T-Zones and GPRS Data browsing are two separate things.

T-Zones uses your actual handset, and browses WAP pages designed for cell phones. If you connect to the Clie and use that to browse, you open HTML pages which are different and so T-Mobile charges that to GPRS Data transfer which is quite expensive.

I learnt that the hard way a couple of months ago when I got a bill for £15 extra because I used GPRS Data with my TH55. Phoned up customer services and that is what I was told. Also, all my research on it brings up this same conclusion.

Hope that helps,
Atik
