Has anybody had trouble recovering their StockManager data after a hard reset?
I can't seem to get my note, alarms and other data. I have my Export set to Daily, but I never get anything in my backup directory. I look in the hotsync directory, and it says it's writing to the backup directory, but when I check, it's still empty.
Anybody seen this before, or have this problem?
I've already exchanged emails with StockManager Tech support for a number of days and it came down to, StockManager is working fine. Something is wrong on your side. Figure it out.
Not exactly the answer I like to hear.
I know what files I'm supposed to get, and I've alrady done searches throught my computer in case it's going to a differenct directory from what I'm looking at, but I still come up with nothing....
