Is there any interface from Clie NX to an external device that supports TV and Radio receiver?
I'm sure this is possible.

I agree it might be possible, you would need Software and serial interface to the receiver.

I believe someone released an FM radio springboard card for the old handspring visors. too bad they don't make visors anymore.

I heard varied rumors that a very small TV tuner (that does exist) could be made into a newer clie or perhaps into a MS. I have also heard rumors of a radio MS but that was only on this board and it was never confirmed.

For FM and TV reception, I don't know of anything that would be anywhere close to being small or compact.

Believe it or not, there is Palm software for Ham/Amateur radio gear use, as most modern transceivers today have some kind of PC interface to a serial port. Trouble is, it mostly is for shortwave and FM 2-way communications. The majority of it is for control and storage of frequencies.
