In perfect condition, I'm selling this after a couple of months because my employer just gave me a blackberry that works as a PDA and it's my phone also, so I don't have a need to carry more than that.

what the heck is a smartgate . . . . and how the heck do you "use" a memory stick "just twice" over the course of a month when you claim "I've used the BlueTooth, the Wi-Fi, the camera and voice recorder, the MP3 player, as well as every software application that comes with it." Any inconsistencies like that make me distrust the seller, because they are claiming false things in hopes of making a sale. For all i know, your claim of "perfect condition" could be a wholy different idea of perfect from what i would consider.

Although given the remainder of your post, I'm relatively certain you knew that but couldn't resist pointing out the fault of another.

The way you use a MS twice is you buy one on an impulse, and use it once for a voice recording, and once for some MP3's rip'd from a CD. I guess if you include the DELETING of those two sets of data... you could technically say it was used four times. So split hairs if you must...

The PDA and the memory stick are both in perfect, functioning, and unblemished condition.

The starting price on e-bay is $1 and the auction ends in 5 days.

If someone reading this post is interested, disregard any of the earlier info regarding my "trustworthiness" as a seller... you can have your money back if you are not satisfied.
