transferring ownership and new user name

I just upgraded to the T665 from the T615. I got it for a really good price cause it was open box. Now, I'm thinking about giving it to my brother. I was wondering if there was anyway I can give it to him w/ some of my registered apps intact, so that he'd be able to use those registered aps (eg. Acid Image, Wordsmith). I know he can just keep my username when syncing to palm desktop...but it would be better if he can create his own user name. Any tips or suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

A majority are linked to your user name so either he keeps it and uses the apps or does not keep it and has to buy them.
