Hi,

I face frequent crashes of the conduit manager while hotsync..
The crash happens when the DocsToGo conduit starts.. then I have to reset the TJ37... as the whole process freezes my palm...

Any solutions etc? I tried the "permissions fix" and unistalled/re-installed the Palm Desktop (4.2.1) and the Missing sync.. even I changed the user (deleted the old and created a new user..)

Markspace (missing sync) informs me that the only solution is the reinstall process... I did it , without any result...

From dataviz I got no reply..(I have the trial version of Docs to go..)

Regards

Chris

Is there anything in the HotSync log on the Mac? Possibily not, but it is worth a look.

As a diagnostic, have you tried turning off the DocsToGo conduit?

If turning off the DocsToGo conduit works, you might want to check if DocsToGo has any updates for the Mac or if their tech support has any ideas.

If turning off the DocsToGo conduit works, again, check the HotSync log and see if there are any errors. It is always possible that something else is setting up a problem.

Have you re-installed the Mac side of DocsToGo?

Does DocsToGo have any local preference files? Maybe they got corrupted, and deleting them will help.

I belive that the Documents to Go is buggy..
Just moved to a Quicksheet ... better and stable.
