Sync to 2 computers with outlook and lotus

I have to sync to my computer at work with lotus notes and home with outlook. I have used intellisync but can not get that to work with version my new version of notes 6.5. Has anyone done what I am trying to do. The reason that I picked Intellisync is because they do not creat duplicates like some other sync managers will do.
