Need WiFi Help...

I have read some of the instructions listed in other threads in this forum, but none of them have worked for me. I don't have a wireless network at home, but sometimes I can get a signal from my neighbor using my TH55. I'm at my uncle's house and he wants me to set his TH55 up with his wireless router (Linksys BEFW11S4 [v4]). We can connect with his WiFi-enabled laptops and access the Internet, but when we try to use any of our WiFi-enabled PDAs, we can connect to his network, but can't utilize any application requiring an Internet connection, such as NetFront, VeriChat, etc. I have just recently upgraded to firmware and other software, so everything is up to date, but I still cannot find out what is preventing us from accessing the Internet. If you have any suggestions, it would be a great help. Thank you.

Does your wireless lan use an WEP key. For some reason when I use my Clie on my wireless network the only way I can copnnect to the network is when I don't use a WEP key ie. have an open wireless point.

No, but thanks anyway. I found out what was wrong. I spent way too much time screwing around with IP and Gateway addresses. All I had to do was update the firmware (which hadn't been updated for more than year) and delete the WLAN profile I made in the Network Preferences and then create a new one with the same SSID and now it works fine. Thanks for all your help.
