Hot Sync Problem

I'm having problems running a sync with my PC.

I get the following error message on the Clie.

Unable to initate hotsync operation because port is in use by another application.

Suggestions on what to look at??

OK,

DO you have any keyboard drievrs activated?? If so, deactivate them, ometimes they can screw up the hotsync, and try turning of the IR reception this might help!
