How long to charge UX and EB40?

I know the original Sony cradle automatically turned off when the unit was charged fully. Does anyone know how long to charge?

difficult to tell how long 2 charge - depends on the battery level when you started charging. IMHO you do not need to care, since clie / eb-40 controls recharging itself. i also use brando's cable + craddle, and normally i observe the orange light on ux or on eb-40 after some time switches off, which i suppose means that it is charged. the switch on brando's cable and craddle i use simply in cases i do not want to charge, eg. when just syncing via the cable etc.

In my case it takes about three hours for a full charge on the standard battery and about four on the EB, but it will depend on how much charge there was before
