Best keyboard for a TJ-37?

Hi!
Like the case post, i wnat to know what keyboards are really good for my PDA.
I'd see the KB-11 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00006JQQ9/qid=1088636847/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1_etk-electronics/104-6931454-7426340?v=glance&s=electronics&n=172282) but... it's a little expensive for me.

Also the KB-100 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0000AZK3T/qid=1088636847/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_3_etk-electronics/104-6931454-7426340?v=glance&s=electronics&n=172282) but seems to be forgetted on a lot of sites.

And, finally, found a Micro-innovations Foldaway (http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=50233536&pfp=BROWSE) but, seems to cheap and i don't know if it's TJ-37 compatible.

What do you think?

I have both keyboards. I've used the KB11 with my T615c and the KB100 with my TJ37. As I understand it, the KB11 isn't designed to work with the TJ37 but will do so when a certain driver is used. I will likely sell the KB11 to a friend who is interested in it and keep the KB100 for use with my TJ37.
