Some time ago im sure there was talk of the different version of Image Converter going around in here but for the life of me i can't find it again. I have search the forums but no luck.

The current one that came with my UX was V1.1 and the new was was 1.2 or maybe v2 and maybe it was a 3rd party app.

Does anybody know what im talking about or is it just hot air?

Yeah, you have just hot air.

The latest version i've seen is the v1.1, that come with the UX and TH, while the v1 was with NX.

The differences from version 1 and 1.1 are that version 1 can't convert more that 1hour of movie, that it causes errores on the converted movies.

With version 1.1, that is corrected, and you have Very High quality movies, that you can't see on a NX.

Its because you prolly saw a thread of someone wanting to get ver 1. because some peeps who are ripping DVDs it lets them do some things that 1.1 wont, something with the framerate settings I am almost sure, otherwise in the applications forum, in the video section, you might find more info amoon

I do believe however that the ver. you have is better for the casual user, you know , NOT ripping and the like.
