Frozen Clie! Help!

Everything was going great until I installed this freeware program called cruise control 1.01. Openning that program has cause my clie to hang and now is unresponsive. I can't even sync to my computer to do a backup. I know it's not a hardware issue because it was working fine until I clicked on this program. I've tried to do a hard reset several times but it restarts and never finishes the boot on my clie and hangs. :confused: All it has on there everytime I reset is the first screen with the palm logo on it. What can I do to reset everything?

try letting the battery run down, or unhooking the battery for a few seconds (only do this if you feel certain you won't hurt the memory chip or anything, though)

Thanks Booger for the quick response ;) but even with the battery out, when it restarts the program would come on again.

:D I finally figured it out! This program hangs my system and everytime I did a hard reset it would still pop up and run in the back. To fix this I did a soft reset while holding down the up scroll button. This changed the running program to a different one and now it works. I am going to delete this progam now.
