Net Stumbler type app for clie?

I'm getting an Nz90+wl100 and im wondering if theres any net stumbler type apps for palm os?

No, not yet, but most set their Clie this way though:

No WEP
Blank or "any" for SSID
IP and DNS set to auto
powersave mode disabled

Search the NX-Series forum for something called LANStatus and you will find a link to a tool that allows you to see the settings of a wireless network in your range. Jury's still out on whether or not you can actually get enuf info from it to connect to the network you're seeing details about.
